No one ever wants to deal with replacing an air-conditioner or furnace. Unfortunately, I have... had the honor twice now, and I can say without a doubt I wouldn't call anyone else. No matter what the situation Tanner and his crew get back to you in a very reasonable amount of time, which is unheard of this day in age. This past holiday weekend (which was one of the hottest) I was blessed with an air conditioner that seized up and Tanner had it fixed within a day of me calling.
